From Fix So Much At No Cost
FIX SO MUCH, at no cost. Add $500 Billion to US economy.
Contents |
Proposition
The Economy Can Be Fixed. There can be hope for our children in the future. The Solution Is Simple. We propose a simple way to add a half trillion dollars to the US economy. This Proposition reduces taxes and adds income to Americans. This Simple Solution improves children’s education and future prospects. This Zero Cost Plan improves Americans capacity to compete internationally.
Benefits
- Real effective education results.
- Reduced government expenses, deficit, and debt.
- Improved economic prospects for all Americans now and in the future for kids.
- Fund social security
- Increases safety of children’s conditions 400%
In the growing affluence of the post war era, Americans were distracted from realizing that parents raising children had been substituted with paid government services. [Monihan] Rather than parent’s willingness to make huge investments in time, money and love, expensive, ineffective government programs have been created. Now half of America’s children see their parents separated, many facing tragic unintended consequences of losing parents before they are grown. Many government services merely pay for the unintended consequences. These are poor school performance, school dropout, welfare, and Jail.
We basically recommend that “Best interests of children” be formalized as meaning children retain both parents. Returning dual parenting, makes children four times safer.
Correcting the mishandling of parent separation can double the influence of good parenting, boost educational outcomes by a grade point, and enhance child’s feeling of well-being.
The way to realize the half trillion is to make judges do three things:
Recommendations
- Establish “Best interests” as 50-50 as default in child custody
- Establish Real risks to Best Interest of Child, rather than politically motivated rulings.
- End court manipulation of custody system such as allowing false accusations.
Summary
Fifty years ago before the “War on Poverty” and the ensuing “Welfare State” with the Family Court that followed, our economic and educational systems suffered none of the pain of the one parent family. Re-institution of children raised by two parents and four grandparents will result in a possible $120 Billion annually in reduced tax expense and $400 Billion return of lost income to the American economy.
Conclusion
This prospect is based upon the reality that we know all too well to be true. Abuse of the family law system is common knowledge. Simple acknowledgement of this fact and immediate remedial action will garner immediate results. These results will snowball rapidly until the national paradigm of a stable America, both socially and economically is realized.
